Page counter at Xerox

The copycounter_net software enables the accurate capture of copies, prints and scans on a wide range of current Xerox copiers and printers. These models include the WorkCentre and Altalink series as well as the Versant, Versalin and Production Print series production & digital printing systems.

Xerox displays these page counters

• Copies, large prints, colour **
• Copies, large prints, B/W **
• Copies, small prints, colour
• Copies, small prints, B/W
• Scanns * / **

To do this, the Xerox multifunction printers must output the counter readings via SNMP protocol. This is the case with the current models. For older printers and multifunction printers, older than 2010, only the total counter is output.

A3 prints and A3 copies

On some Xerox devices, A3 prints and A3 copies are counted as two A4 prints or A4 copies (double-click).

A3/A4 Scanns

The scan module can be used to scan to e-mail, mailbox, network and FTP/SMB in colour. All Xerox printers and copiers do not differentiate between colour, B/W, A3 or A4 scans.

Supported Xerox multifunction printers

With copycounter_net, the copies, prints and scans for all current Xerox copiers and printers (Altalink, Versant, Versalin, Workcentre ...) can be easily displayed on the PC. The software also allows you to monitor the number of copies and prints made on Xerox models with EFI-Fiery.
